There’s a book. My review as the author? Don’t buy it (or any other on the ‘subject’);

The whole apparent arena of self (or no self)-help is a presently arising pipedream. If you like the idea of a dreamed person feeling better about their dreamed life then great, go ahead; seek help.Why not?!

There IS no-one there. There IS no ‘you’ ! It’s just imagination arising presently. So who or what could be found?! ..Life.

Life can be appear to be personal..or impersonal. You are everything and anything (look around!  you’re everywhere)…a bowl of custard is as ‘divine’ as your most perfect spiritual, blissful experience in the body. It’s all the same arising miracle. Or, YOU…in other words.  This is not rocket science. It’s obviously the case. You’re here, alive.  That’s it. That’s all. I would suggest something to do..but you’re already doing it! You cannot help but be yourself…hows the miracle looking?

If you’re distracting and mesmerizing yourself by looking for something other than yourself..you will only find yourself looking for something other than yourself…or yourself in other words! Best of luck with that one…
